Signatures include Ruth, Gehrig, Foxx, Lazzeri, Dickey, Collins, Simmons, Gehringer, Ferrell, Cronin, Averill, Gomez, and Mack (manager). Sigs range from 2-8 out of 10. Foxx is among the best (8/10) with Ruth and Gehrig each rating 3-4 out of 10. The American League team captured the first All-Star game by a score of 4-2 behind Babe Ruth's home run which was his first and only home run hit in All-Star game play. A notation written on the sweet spot beneath Ruth's signature reads "Signed at the Century of Progress Chicago 1933".
