Description: 1975 Cecil Cooper Boston Red Sox professional model road jersey. Grey knit jersey retains "Boston" lettering across the front with #17 on the reverse. McAuliffe tagging remains affixed inside the collar (partially separated from shirt) along with size 42 tag. "1975" and "Dry Clean" tags are found at the base of the tail front. The second "o" in Boston has a slightly deeper red color but appears to be original to the shirt, or, was possibly a period team replacement. The jersey exhibits evident usage wear including appropriate "puckering" to the numerals and lettering. Signed across the back by Cooper in black sharpie.
