Description: 1916 Boston Red Sox World Series press pin. Very rare and desirable press pin was issued for the 1916 World Series between the Boston Red Sox and Brooklyn Robins. Red and blue enameled pin retains its original threaded post backing. The 1916 World Series saw the Red Sox capture their second straight title, which included a 13 inning scoreless pitching performance by Babe Ruth.
