Description: 1923 World Series program. Original program was issued for Game #2 played at the Polo Grounds in New York in which Babe Ruth hit two home runs. The program exhibits moderate use including a detached, but intact, front cover with a period date/notation at the bottom and a vertical fold line. Interior is partially scored and has a few period ink notations on the scoring page as well. Desirable program dating to Ruth's first World Championship as a Yankee for the game in which he belted two home runs: VG (with note to cover)
