Embroidered A's elephant logo patch appears on left sleeve and MLB 100th Anniversary patch appears on opposite sleeve. Zito's name is stitched on the nameplate on back under American flag patch on back of collar. Rawlings tagging is stitched inside front tail with attached flag tags noting size "50" and "Set 1 2001". Zito has signed the front in blue sharpie personalized "To Jack". Shirt exhibits light usage wear. Completely original and unaltered.
