Description: Ted Williams and Jackie Jensen "lathe" professional model baseball bat c.1958. Vintage Louisville Slugger "lathe" bat was originally turned for use as a model for Ted Williams and Jackie Jensen professional model bats. The bat measures 36" long with facsimile signatures of both Williams and Jensen at the centerbrand area along with dating of 1958. Two small "knobs" are found at both ends of the bat where it was originally attached to the turning lathe. Interesting and unique vintage bat related piece: EXEstimated Price Range: ($500-$750)
