Description: 1999 Wade Boggs auto. Tampa Bay Devil Rays professional model road jersey and cap. Road grey knit shirt features Tampa Bay lettering and Devil Ray logo on front with player #12 on back. Embroidered Devil Rays patch appears on left sleeve and Boggs' name is stitched on nameplate on the back. Russell tagging is stitched on the front tail noting size "48" with two attached flag tags noting "100% polyester" and "2' extra length". The jersey was used by Boggs during the season in which he garnered his 3,000th career hit. Boggs has signed the back with his added notation "Game Used Jersey 3,000 Hit Season Road" in blue sharpie. Accompanying Devil Rays professional model cap is a New Era brand (size 7 1/4). Boggs number "12" is written on the underside of the bill in black marker. Boggs has signed the underside of the bill with his added notation "Game Used Hat 3,000 Hit Season" in blue sharpie. Both items show moderate usage wear.
