Description: 2009 Albert Pujols autographed game worn St. Louis Cardinals home jersey. White knit home jersey retains its embroidered Cardinals logo across the front with #5 beneath. The back of the shirt has "Pujols" applied lettering above #5 as well. Majestic mfg. tag is affixed to the tail front with "2009" and "52" year and size flag tags. Interior tail has appropriate dry clean tag with 0062/0327/52C codes. The jersey exhibits evident use including some soiling to the back of the neck area and the bottom left tail. 2009 All-Star game patch is affixed to the left sleeve. The offered jersey was worn on April 24, 2009 during a game played at St. Louis against the Cardinals' rivals the Chicago Cubs. Signed on the back by Pujols in black marker and also signed on the front, "Albert Pujols 4.24.09 vs. Cubs". The jersey is a one of one issue from the Upper Deck Authenticated program with a portion of the proceeds going to the Pujols Family Foundation.
