Home white knit shirt features Braves script lettering and tomahawk logo on front with embroidered Hank Aaron 715th Home Run 75th Anniversary patch on left sleeve. Glavine's name is stitched on nameplate on back. Wilson tagging is stitched on front tail with attached flag tag noting size "42". Strip tag below notes set and year designation "2 47 99". Glavine has signed the back number in black marker with an additional signature on the back of the jersey with added notation "1999 Home Jersey Cy 91, 98" in blue sharpie.
