Description: Spalding figural baseball fielder's trophy c.1933. Fine quality silverplated figural trophy with a unique period gilt wash surface depicts a classic first baseman figural atop a plinth base. Titled "Won By White River Courier Class A Champions 1933" on the front fatade of the base with inscribed ball shaped decor. The trophy retains its original black painted wooden base with applied Dieges & Clust metal label. Overall condition is superb with desirable gilt finish and some typical minor surface wear. 13" long: EX-EX/MTEstimated Price Range: ($2,500-$3,500)
