Description: Spalding basketball figural trophy by Dieges & Clust c.1920s. Figural piece featuring a life-size basketball done in metal complete with raised stitches and impressed/engraved accents. There is a large "Spalding" double circle logo affixed to the front and it is surrounded by incised names which likely represent players on an unspecified team. The piece stands approx. 12" tall (presumably missing the original lower portion) with some mild surface tarnish/patina and a touch of wear. A minor bend gives it a slight lean forward.
