Signed baseball was likely started in the mid to late 1960s with some additional signatures added in the early 70s. A total of (29) autographs include Roberto Clemente, Sandy Koufax, Don Drysdale, Ernie Banks (twice), Hank Aaron, Stan Musial (twice), Danny Murtaugh, Ken Boyer, Eddie Mathews, Frank Robinson, Warren Spahn, and others.
