Description: 2019 Joel Embiid game worn Philadelphia 76ers professional model jersey (Fanatics COA confirming 3 game use). Blue jersey has "Phila" team name across the front with number "21" below. The number also appears on back along with "Embiid" name. Nike tag on the front tail notes size (52) and has adjacent "Length +6" flag tag. To the left is a coded inventory tag. A Fanatics hologram affixed to back number (AA0050108) matches an additional on included COA which states that it was worn during the 76ers November 29th game vs. the Knicks (27 points), December 5th game vs. the Wizards (26 points), and December 18th game vs. the Heat (22 points). A black memorial band was subsequently added to the jersey in early January (in honor of David Stern) suggesting it was prepared in case needed for use again later in the season.
