Description: 1993 Barry Foster Pittsburgh Steelers professional model game used jersey - large team repairs (Steelers Pro Shop authentication). Black mesh jersey has player number "29" on front, back, and shoulders. There is a "Foster" nameplate across the back. Starter "Designed & Tailored Exclusively..." tag is on the front tail with adjacent size (48) flag tag. To the left is a "93" printed year tag. Affixed to the Rippon tag inside is a "Steelers Authentic Memorabilia" hologram (number GU-114969) with the team database confirming it to be "game used." Strong use is evident throughout including several very large team repairs. Note that the Steelers database references this jersey as "no nameplate...(with Foster nameplate)" and we suspect that this may indicate that the nameplate was largely torn off (at the time of whatever incident resulted in the large repairs) and was included by the team and later re-affixed by the purchaser.
