Description: Russ Francis New England Patriots professional model helmet c.1970s. White PAC-3 model helmet by Riddell has team logo decals on either side and red and blue accents stripes. Player number "81" decals are on the back along with a raised "NAO SAE" mark. Number is also written inside in vintage marker.
