Description: Rookie-era Paul O'Neill attributed professional model baseball bat c.1983-85. Louisville Slugger 125 model P89 bat with "O'Neill" block lettered in the barrel measures 34.5" long and weighs 31.4oz. Strong use is evident throughout with ball marks to the hitting surface which has grain swelling due to repeated contant. It appears that tape was removed from the handle which has a crack. There is some additional storage/age related wear and the block letter last name has been touched up with some added color. The bat dates to O'Neill's earliest days in baseball and may in fact have been manufactured for him prior to his MLB debut. Includes LOA from Hunt Auctions: VG-EXEstimated Price Range: ($300-$500)
