Description: 1916 Louisville Colonels "A.A. Champions" panoramic photograph. Sepia toned large format photograph shows uniformed team members standing shoulder to shoulder including future Hall of Famer Joe McCarthy who would go to lead the Yankees through some of their most productive seasons. Also pictured is Adolfo Luque, the first Latin American pitcher in Major League Baseball. "The Colonels, A.A. Champions 1916" titling is printed across the top and each player is identified below their likeness. Tastefully framed to 14.25"x42" with a few vertical creases/cracks that are the result of flattening after years of rolled storage.
