Description: Rare Ted Williams Wilson Sporting Goods advertising display piece c.1950s. Die cut cardboard color display measuring 24" tall pictures Williams in Red Sox uniform wearing a Wilson glove. Free standing with original easel back in place. Mild edge wear (more pronounced at two small areas on each side) and there is a crease which runs through the die-cut portion of Williams' hat. It appears that a very small amount of well matched dark blue color was added along this crease to reduce visual impact. A rare advertising display: GD-VGEstimated Price Range: ($2,000-$3,000)
