Description: "Mickey Mantle Autographed Pencil Set" store display box (with pencil set) c.1959. Original point of sale store display box which held sets of Mickey Mantle endorsed pencils. The box comes in a custom 16.5"x8"x8" lucite case and offers striking display value despite have a few scattered flaws. The include a small tear to the lower front and a crease to the bat in the die-cut upper portion. Included is an original set of (2) pencils on the cardboard backer as they would have been sold in the period (backer VG, pencils EX-EX/MT): VGEstimated Price Range: ($500-$1,000)
