"Grand Slam Baseball" game manufactured by Garder c.1957 has a portrait of Mickey Mantle on the upper left corner of the back and his facsimile signature on the right. The apparatus is done primarily in wood and heavy stock board with the base measuring 6.5"x21.25" and the back standing 15" tall. Despite some spotting/discoloration to areas throughout, the piece appears to be "new old stock" and largely unused with a small plastic bag of pieces (pegs and marbles) affixed to the base by a staple (presumably issued in this manner) and there is a full pad of scoring sheets. An instruction sheet is affixed to the back. Also included is an original sell sheet from the period which was put out by Gardner to promote the game (holes punched along one edge and a few ink notations) and a custom lucite display case (22.5"x17"x7.75" with a touch of light wear): Overall EX
