Description: Steve Carlton autographed 1975 Philadelphia Phillies professional model home jersey (SGC/Grob: VG). Wilson size 46 Phillies #32 Steve Carlton jersey with "46 75 Set 1" strip tag sewn below the Wilson tag on the tail, and "Carlton" name tag sewn inside the collar. Carlton signed the jersey in blue marker and added "329 Ws" "4X Cy Young" "4136 K's" inscriptions. Signature rates 8/9 out of 10. Includes 23-page SGC/Grob authentication book confirming the appropriate size and original tagging, and noting that the nameplate is removed but shows evidence that it was once applied, with no signs of any other alterations, and pointing out heavy use and wear consistent with appearing in (37) games in 1975.
