Russell Athletic MLB Authentic Diamond Collection size 46 home jersey with "Phillies" sewn across the front, along with "CHARLTON" sewn on the back, and #37 sewn on the back and left sleeve. MLB 125th Anniversary patch is sewn on the right sleeve, and Russell Athletic tagging is on the front tail with "100% Polyester" flag tag attached. Charlton signed the jersey in blue marker.
