Description:Rare 1919 World Series Game #7 ticket stub (PSA/DNA Authentic). Original ticket stub as issued for game seven of the infamous 1919 World Series played at Cincinnati. The Chicago White Sox won the game as many of the tainted 'Black Sox' players had turned against their previous plans to fix the World Series. Pitcher Eddie Cicotte pitched an outstanding game leading the Sox to a 4 to 1 victory over the Reds. The White Sox would go on to lose in the decisive eight game which in the end rewarded the gamblers who incited the "fix" and changed the trajectory of the game moving forward. Ticket stub has small chip at top right corner with two small adhesive residue points on the back. Encapsulated by PSA/DNA (Authentic/Altered) and includes certificate of provenance from Geddy Lee.
