Top of the line VSR-4 full size helmet has the typical team logo decal on one side and a "Pro Football Hall of Fame...Colts Member Special Edition" decal on the other. It has been signed by (6) incl. John Mackey, Art Donovan, Lenny Moore, Raymond Berry, Gino Marchetti, and Ted Hendricks. All have added an HOF inscription and the blue marker signatures rate 8 to 9/10 out of 10.
