Includes two-bar model TK2 Chicago Bears throwback helmet which has been signed "Gale Sayers HOF 77" in silver marker rating 7 out of 10 (very small errant mark/smudge in first name). Some very minor handling wear to helmet; Chillinder brand cooler done in Bears team colors with the number "40" applied to the front. Signed "Gale Sayers" in marker rating 6/7 out of 10.
