Description: Hank Aaron autographed c.1970s Atlanta Braves batting helmet (Sig. NM, Helmet EX)Vintage flapless batting helmet is done in blue and white with "A" team logo on the front. It has been signed on the brim "Hank Aaron" in marker rating 9/10 out of 10. "American Baseball Cap" label inside notes size (7 1/2). It shows strong use/wear with some portions of the white having been painted over (likely to replace color whem some chipped off). A faint outline of the number "39" can be seen on the back (this having been issued to a variety of players throughout the 1970s). While it is safe to assume it was not issued to or worn by Aaron it is a very nice display piece which was likely produced sometime around the end of his career: Sig.
