Description: Oct. 13, 1923 Negro League ticket stub - Hilldale vs. Athletics interracial game (PSA Authentic). Highly interesting stub from one of the groundbreaking exhibition games in which the Negro Leaguers squared off against an all-white Major League club. In this contest from 1923, the Hilldale Daisies defeated the Philadelphia Atheltics 3-1 at Hilldale Park behind the pitching of Phil Cockrell, who scattered 9 hits. Ticket (with handwritten "10-13" date and "50 cts") retains excellent eye-appeal with a slightly irregular tear line. Stub has VG/EX appearance: PSA Authentic. ($500-$750)Final Bid: $550.00
