Description: NOTICE: We have to elected to withdraw the George Ruth bottle from the auction at this time. Information has come to our attention that there was a "George Ruths" saloon listed on Pratt St. as well as a listing for "Staten Island Bottling Co." at the same address on Pratt St. Babe Ruth's father's bar was located on Camden St. We are continuing to research this issue and if it changes we will offer the bottle in a future auction. The bottle opener will still be sold. Bottle opener/corkscrew with inscibed lettering of, "Babe-Ruth Bar 12532 St. Clair" on one side. Opener measures 3" long and is believed to be from 1915-30 era.
