Description: 1968 Red Schoendienst St. Louis Cardinals home jersey. Cream color flannel shirt features classic embroidered Cardinals logo on front, with Schoendienst's name and #2 on back. Rawlings tag with size "46" remains on tail front along with "Schoendienst 68" chain stitched below. A dry cleaning tag is stitched at bottom with adjacent "Set 1 1968" flag tag. Jersey dates from Schoendienst's fourth season as Cardinal's manager in which he led the team to their second consecutive National League pennant. Shirt exhibits light wear consistent with managerial usage. Completely original and unaltered with ideal display quality. Rare and desirable HOF'er game shirt with impeccable provenance.
