Description: Wally Moses New York Yankees World Championship presentational ladies wristwatch by Rolex c.1961-62. Beautifully hand crafted 14K white gold ladies wristwatch presented to Wally Moses, who was a hitting coach for the New York Yankees during the early 1960s. Rolex watch features the Yankees logo on the dial and is inscribed on the backplate, "Presented to Wally Moses Jr. by the Baseball Commissioner". The watch band also displays two inset diamonds of exceptional quality both of which are approx. .16 in carat weight. The watch remains in fine original condition although not in running order. As players and coaches were often given a choice in the 1950s-70s, the watch was likely selected by Moses for his wife or relative instead of a ring.
