Description: Babe Ruth single signed baseball. Lt. toned Harwood "National League" ball signed on a side panel, "From Babe Ruth" in blue fountain pen. Signature rates 8 out of 10. "To Paul Chandler" has been printed in period blue ink across the sweet spot in another hand. The ball was signed as part of a contest c.1930-40s. We have handled three other nearly identical examples over the years, all of which were inscribed in the same fashion to other individuals. Includes LOA from JSA: Ball: EX-MT, Signature: NM
