Description: Brooklyn Dodgers professional model hat c.1940-50s. Royal blue hat with original embroidered "B" on the front retains its Rawlings mfg. tag inside the interior leather band. Hat shows heavy use including some chipping to the interior leather head band. "42" is written in black ink under the bill. Although the ink does appear to be vintage, we have no other conclusive evidence to suggest that the hat was worn by Jackie Robinson: EX
