Description: 1983 Bowie Kuhn All-Star game ring. Original ring presented to Commissioner Kuhn for the 1983 All-Star Game played at Comiskey Park in Chicago. Elegantly designed ring with a simple inset blue stone on top has "All Star 1983" and "50th Anniversary All-Star Game" lettering on the side panels. Marked Balfour 10K on the interior ring band and retains its original lidded box. The 1983 All-Star game marked the 50th Anniversary of the Midsummer Classic, which saw the American League win for the first time in eleven straight games. Size 11.5. Includes letter of provenance from the Kuhn family: NM
