Description: 1934 "Reorganization Agreement of The American League of Base Ball Clubs" document autographed by the eight AL Presidents. Historically interesting and significant bound (13) page document executed at a meeting held in New York City on Dec. 12, 1934. The document itself contains several sections with content regarding the purpose of the league, league objectives, league ownership conduct including sales rights, and other general American League related topics. The final page of the document is signed by Jacob Ruppert (New York), Louis Von Weine (St. Louis), Thos. Shibe (Phila.), Alva Bradley (Cleveland), Thos. Yawkey (Bost.), Frank Navin (Detroit), Clark Griffith (Washington), and J.Louis Comiskey (Chicago). Additionally, AL president William Harridge has initialed four subsections of the document. Signature page condition is very fine with sigs ranging from 7-10 out of 10. The front cover of the booklet has some moisture staining which has permeated throughout the interior pages in graduation from front to back.
