Signature rates 9 out of 10 with three small pieces of vintage tape along the top of the page that do not touch the signature: EX-MT and Chief Bender signed 4"x5" note, "1/17/48 To Carl, Scout for the 'Athletics' of Philadelphia-Former pitcher of same team-Good Luck, Chief Bender" in blue ink. Signature rates 7/8 out of 10: EX-MT. Each autograph is matted and framed with a Perez Steele HOF postcard and includes LOA from James Spence Authentication.
