Description: Addie Joss photograph c.1910. Rare original image of pitcher Addie Joss who passed away at the young age of 31 from tubercular meningitis. Sepia tone photo pictures Joss in a Cleveland Indians sweater with arms above his head. Reverse has several printing date stampings from later use. Front of the image has some typical light surface wrinkling and a light corner crease. Period images of Joss are notably rare and are not often offered to the collecting public: VG-EX
