Original citation presented to Joe DiMaggio by President George Bush at ceremonies held on July 9, 1991 at the White House. Includes the original citation signed by President Bush in its blue leather folio along with (11) original 8"x10" color photographs taken during the ceremonies at which DiMaggio and Ted Williams were honored. Photos include several candid images of Bush, DiMaggio, and Williams in the White House and are all stamped "Official White House photo" on the reverse. One of the images pictures DiMaggio receiving the citation from President Bush. Rare original Presidential award with photographic provenance. Includes LOA from James Spence Authentication: NM
