Description: Hack Wilson professional model baseball bat c.1921-31. Louisville Slugger 125 model bat measures 35 1/4" long and weighs 35.8oz. The bat exhibits evident usage incl. ball marks, cleat marks, and handle wear. Bat has unique Hack Wilson style knob termination and a few areas of minor restoration incl. handle crack and some dryness to the end of the barrel. Hack Wilson was one of the most feared batsmen of the 1920 and 30's, whose 1930 season remains one of the greatest of all time with a .356 batting average, 56 home runs, and an astounding 190 RBI's.
