Description: Estate collection of Boston Red Sox photographs incl. autographs. Attractive lot of 2 3/4"x4 1/2" vintage black and white photographs taken at the 1940 Red Sox Spring Training Camp in Sarasota, FL. Includes (15) autographed images such as Doerr, Foxx, Grove, Cronin, Pennock, Schacht, and a very rare Hugh Duffy signed photo as a Red Sox coach. Lot also includes (11) unsigned images with several charming candid photos incl. Williams/Foxx/Cronin/Grove and Cronin with a young baby in uniform. Majority of the images have some black paper residue on the back from scrapbook removal and a few have some edge chips. Signatures range from 6-9 out of 10, fine vintage lot with strong breakdown value. Includes LOA from PSA/DNA J.Spence-S.Grad: Range VG-NM
