Description: Babe Ruth autographed article proof c.1930-40's. Two page typewritten proof for an article on Louisville Slugger bats by Babe Ruth. Text quotes Ruth on his history with Louisville Slugger bats with regard to length, weight, and his success throughout his career in using the bats. Includes some period notated revisions which are not in Ruth's hand. At the bottom of the second page Ruth has signed in bold blue fountain pen, "OK Babe Ruth" giving his approval of the final text. Fine Ruth signature exemplar signed on a desirable period document of a superb provenance. Includes LOA from PSA/DNA J.Spence-S.Grad and letter of provenance from the Hillerich & Bradsby Co: Letter" EX-MT, Signature: NM-MT
