Description: Sports Illustrated Frank Mullins, pencil on paper from Feb. 25, 1963 issue. Two illustrations, a highly styled drawing of NBA action featuring the Lakers. Also included is a drawing of a pitcher, Billy Pierce, about to deliver. 18"x20" and 4"x12". Artists working with Sports Illustrated often created a series of drawings on one board. For purposes of describing these lots, individual drawings on the same board have been counted separately when totalling the number of illustrations in the lot.
