Description: 1927 World Series Baseball autographed by both teams. The 1927 Yankees ended the regular season as indisputably the best team ever to take the field, with a record of 110-44 and possession of every American League offensive record except doubles and stolen bases. Lou Gehrig was named Most Valuable Player. In the World Series they proceeded to sweep a very formidable Pirates team in four games to win their second World Championship. The offered near-white Heydler black and red stitched Official National League ball was actually signed at the historic 1927 World Series (probably in Pittsburgh on October 5 or 6), and includes an amazing (42) signatures of the participants ranging from 7-9 out of 10 including Gehrig (beautiful black ink signature on the sweet spot), Cuyler, Hoyt, Cronin, Traynor, P. Waner, Lazzeri, Huggins, L. Waner, Shocker, Dugan, and Muesel (no Ruth). Includes LOA from PSA/DNA J. Spence-S.Grad: EX-MT
