Description: Christy Mathewson related modern commemorative and display pieces. Display pieces which related to Mathewson with all being modern and from the Keystone collection. Includes (38) photographs showing Mathewson throughout his life (and one of his headstone) with most being 8"x10" (a few smaller) and a handful are in frames (largest of which is 13.5"x16.5"). Many are reproductions of images offered within this sale which were likely made by Keystone for use in displays; 14"x41" sign advertising a Mathewson appearance (modern but made to look old); Legends of Baseball postage stamp framed display (20"x33.5"); (3) prints on canvas (one is 10"x29", other 2 are 10"x13"); 11"x14" metal sign which is a reproduction of the Big Six board game lid; Perez Steele postcard; commemorative envelope; collector plate; and a poster.
