Description: Rare early 1960s Roger Maris "Gold Mine Frozen Treat" personalized t-shirt poster with related shirt. Advertising poster was done by Gold Mine to promote their offer of a "Personalized T-Shirt…" in exchange for (3) empty packages of their product and one dollar. Roger Maris is featured prominently along the right side and pictures of additional star players span the top including Willie Mays, Ernie Banks, Nellie Fox, Warren Spahn, and Robin Roberts. Included is one of the t-shirts which had been offered which has a portrait likeness of Maris with personalization printed above and his facsimile signature below. Poster displays very nicely despite wear which includes a vertical fold at the center and wrinkles/creasing to the upper portion along with a few small tears. Shirt is child sized and has some minor age/storage wear and a few small spots/stains: Poster GD/VG with superior display value, Shirt EXEstimated Price Range: ($750-$1,250)
