Affixed metal placard has been engraved, "Earl Weaver Baltimore Orioles Manager 1968-1982, We'll Always Remember the Earl of Baltimore, With Deep Affection and Appreciation from the City of Baltimore, William Donald Schaefer, Mayor." The uniquely styled piece measures approximately 14"x26" overall with standard plaque backing having attached wooden number "4" and baseball cap bearing applied Orioles logo patch.
