Description: Mike Schmidt professional model baseball bat, c.1975 - Taube/PSA (VG/EX - HR champ season). 35" Adirondack 194A Mike Schmidt model bat weighing 33.9-oz. "24" is written over top of "20" on the knob in vintage black marker likely indicating that John Montague (wore #24 for the Phillies in 1975) also used the bat, although did not have any plate appearances for the team. The bat shows heavy use with numerous ball marks, grain swelling, pine tar, and a handle crack. Includes a John Tauble LOA from PSA authenticating the bat (matching serial #1B33869 sticker is on the bat): VG/EX ($1,000-$2,000)
