Description: Important Reggie White 1992 Justice Byron Raymond "Whizzer" White Award (EX/MT) Universally regarded as one of the most coveted football related awards the "Whizzer" White award is presented annually by the NFL Player's Association. Since 1967 the award has been given to the player who best represents the spirit of White with regard to service to their team, community, and charitable endeavors. The award itself is of the very finest quality displaying a modernistic silver-plated figural on the front mounted atop an attractive walnut wooden plinth base. Wooden back splash features an affixed silver-plated placard with inscription describing the history of Whizzer White. Base displays applied silver placard with NFL Player's insignia. The award stands 19" tall and remains in outstanding original condition with only some very minor surface wear. The very essence of the Whizzer White award mirrors the manner in which Reggie White played the game and more importantly carried himself off the field.
