Underwood & Underwood stamping is on the back, along with "G.L. Kelly - NY National" written identifier. Includes LOA from PSA/DNA stating that the photo is a Type I. Normal age/handling wear with a chip at the top left corner, small tears on the right edge, and some surface loss: GD
