Description: Jack Norworth signed "Take Me Out To The Ball Game" related piece with original sheet music (Sig. NM, pieces GD-VG) Includes "Jack Northworth" ink signature rating 9 out of 10 which appears on a printed publication page that has an article in which he discusses the writing of "Take Me Out To The Ball Game." There was a blank space at lower right corner of the page in which Norworth typed a short note and signed it. The page itself is mounted to a larger scrapbook page that has corner/edge wear and chipping (some of which effects the article); original sheet music with 1908 copyright date (general corner/edge wear and small split to binding); later 1930s edition of the sheet music (light scattered wear): Sig.
