Description: September 27, 1999 Billy Pierce Tiger Stadium closing ceremony uniform (EX) Issued to Pierce for his appearance, alongside a host of other current and former players, in the ceremonies which took place in Detroit to mark the closing of the stadium in which they played since 1912. White jersey has Tigers team logo on front and "Pierce 10" on back. The "Tiger Stadium 1912 1999" patch is on left sleeve. Russell Athletic tag on front tail notes size, "48." Matching pants are also by Russell (size 40) with printed strip tag in the waist repeating player number (10) and year (99). Expected light use/wear.
